Grand Central tickets

There's a row of ticket booth windows in New York City's Grand Central Station. I found it kinda neat how just one window was open on this late saturday night. I was taking this photo by setting my camera on the ground. I had to lay down on the ground in order to compose the shot through the viewfinder.

Then another security guard came over to ask me to hurry up my shot, because "We can't have people laying on the ground here." So I hastily finished the exposures.

This was the fourth time a security guard came over to me that night to say something. Each time, it was a different security guard, so I guess you could say I got to know the enforcement at Central Station pretty well. They were all very polite and nice. Nobody ever harrassed me.

That was the last shot I did that night of Central Station, and this concludes my HDR series on Grand Central Station--nine photos in all. Coming soon to deviantart I will be posting one HDR photo every day taken from other parts of New York City.
